There was an issue between the third-party I booked with and the establishment I stayed with the establishment I stayed with tried to tell me my credit card was declined 1st of all that language is no longer using the customer service industry mostly because we never know if the credit card was declined due to insufficient funds or a technical difficulty and the word decline makes the customer feel poor Nowadays we use the word apply the credit card not apply when receiving your payment would be a better way to explain to a customer that the charge did not go through because my credit card was charged and I was able to show the customer service representative in real time the transfer who still argued with me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong Ive been pulled out my booking and confirmation number she refused to see it and told me that she will not be giving me a key to the room I didnt ask for a manager or supervisor and was told nobody was here I asked the customer service representative whose name is Esmeralda if she had the keys to lock up she said no I asked her to find the person of authority that has responsibility to lock the doors so I may voice my concern and grievances with him or her the issue was finally resolved however when I came back to retrieve a second key. Esmeralda proceeded to press the issue and explain that it was not her fault to my rebuttal or replied never once did I say it was your fault however you should not make me feel like its my fault. This morning when I paid for the room I spoke to I believe a manager who again pressed the issue and protected the shield avoiding any type of responsibility or offering any type of accommodation or apology for the negative customer service that I experienced the evening before

If it wasnt for the floorplan location and the amenities I would never stay here again even though management is a complete joke and lacks classiness or couth I would stay here again

Room was dirty at check-in, been here 7 days and no one has cleaned the room or brought clean linens, guests were physically fighting in front of my door at 2 am and management did nothing, it went on for almost 3 hours, there is no kitchenette despite the fact I'm paying for a suite with a kitchenette. We rented a room by the week at the San Antonio airport location. Our room developed a water leak in the bathroom ceiling that continuously streamed water for 5+ days and nights.

We had to keep towels down to soak up the water and we're were then berated by the laundry room attendant over the towels being dirty and wet. We notified the office immediately upon the discovery of the leak and the fact that the AC unit wasn't heating the room and it was freezing in there, one of the legs on the bed was broken off, there was a light out on the cooktop and no markings on the burner dials to indicate that the cooktop was on or off so you had to guess and keep checking back and making adjustments till you got it right. None of these issues were addressed properly and we were never allowed to move to another room. For 5 days plus water ran from the ceiling and ponded around the toilet.

The bathroom and room smelled like urine. Then one night the bed collapsed due to the missing leg and we were finally allowed another room. It was completely in another building and on the top floor, we were almost as far as possible from the new room. We laboriously moved our things to the new room only to discover that the TV didn't work and there was no internet access in the room.

It is a Roku TV and even connected to the cable it requires WiFi to fully operate and there was no wifi in the room. We notified the office immediately and they said they were aware and we had to deal with it or purchase our own WiFi extender ourselves. The laundry attendant, the lady , is rude and demanding and makes you feel like you are going through an investigation when exchanging towels or laundry. Despite this today we were given a fitted sheet with obvious urine stains and even urine odor.

There's no mattress pad or cover and we've repeatedly requested one. We met the guest that had the room the week before us and he said they were aware of the tv and internet issues and placed us in the room anyway. As I write this I am in the lobby as I have no internet connection in the room and I have been informed that I have to leave the lobby because they can't have anyone in here long. There are long periods at sunset and during the early morning that exterior lights are off and it's unsafe and pitch black.

Stair wells are dark on at least one flight of stairs all the time and some of the time on other flights. I've fallen once because of this. The lady one day shift in the office is an insufferable hag that dismisses any concerns or issues and treats you like an inmate who pays for their room essentially. Due to the reduced utility and unlivable conditions of the first and 2nd rooms we are deserving of some sort of discount or consideration as we are paying almost 400 a week.

This week we were about 30 minutes late paying due to the lack of internet delaying transfer of funds from one account to another and we were charged 30 dollars extra. The young man in the laundry and two clerk's on night shift are pleasant and helpful but unable to help due to the uncaring management and owner.

With the treatment of guests and glaring health and safety issues I'm surprised the business is even still open. I can't upload pictures because of the Wi-Fi issue

***Not what I paid for!***

I reserved what I thought was a room with a kitchenette. No kitchenette!

Room was just a regular Motel 6 room. Talked to Jessica the front desk agent & she said there was nothing they could do since I booked the room through Expedia. So they are passing the buck to them! Called & Expedia & they offered me $25 in gold key cash to use towards my next stay (a lot of good that does for me now!).

Back to the room, it was dirty. With hairs in the shower, the sink looks like it hasnt even been cleaned, towel rack was missing, TV has a line on top, coaxial socket is coming off the wall, window curtain is coming off the rack & on top of that its an ajoing room where I can hear the people in the next room! I know you get what you paid for, but I was lead to believe this would be a suite type of room.

And I have rented at the other Motel 6s where the room wasnt this bad for $40! Totally dissatisfied & will never rent from Motel 6 or Studio 6 ever again!

Illegal entry

I got to my room today after work and found out that the employees enter the rooms when we arent here. Not to clean but to see if there are homeless people residing inside i dont think this should be ok and i dont feel safe staying in your establishment knowing this is going on i work 6 days a week i pay weekly and my privacy is not being respected.

Immediate issu3

I requested towels and my trash to be taken out. Was refused towels at 930 am for my shower.

Was told I could not refuse housekeeping.

I said I did not want housekeeping with the electronics and Christmas gifts, as well as controlled substance medications in my room. I was told to take my belongings to my car so that my room can be cleaned. I informed front desk I cleaned my own room yesterday and would do so again today. At a four day stay, and with me cleaning as I go, the request for towels being denied was extremely unnerving.

I am late for a meeting and waiting to shower because I do not want full service. Right by a bus stop.

a variety of men and transients roam the parking lot looking into cars. If you smoke on the side closest to the street, constant influx of individuals soliciting hotel guests for cash.

Preferred solution: Price reduction as well as an apology from the front desk. Refusal for housekeeping service is my right as the guest especially when safes are not provided and the parking lot has prowlers looking into cars.

User's recommendation: Find a better location if you need to keep valuables safe or to be treated with courtesy. Security are the only ones well versed in customer service.

Hello my name is Troy Weaver this is my second email to Corporate at Studio 6. I currently am staying in the Studio 6 in Roswell Georgia 9955 Old Dogwood Rd Roswell GA, Room 160.

There's a Facebook special for this location currently being ran however Miss Beverly needs the corporate code in order to put that into the system so that I can get that rate next week.

I had to pay the full rate of $578 in order to stay but when I checked in I was supposed to get the Facebook rate. $414 +tax.

The 28th Day special is 1539 plus tax, and I've been here only two weeks and I've already paid over $1,100

Miss Beverly has been so nice and helping me to get settled in and I'm so thankful for everything that Ms.Beverly has done.

Please help her to get the facebook discount code.

I will attach a picture of the Facebook post so that you will have documentation thank you so much.

I would like to stay at your location and receive a credit so that I can be put on the Facebook special.

Credit card payment

I had to check that credit card payment was declined at 01/11/24. And customer told that studio 6 hold my payment $ 53.00. But actually payment was declined. So after that he had talked to his bank and then after he will paid for 01/11/24 rent. Then after 01/11/24 he will be stayed here. After that there is no any problem for payment

Stealing staff

I went to Walmart and returned approximately an half hour later. Upon entering my room it was evident someone had entered in my short absence due to water spots the size of a nickel were all over the floor from the door well to the kitchen.

Also there was a couple of small puddles as you approach the kitchen. My medical marijuana was missing off the bed and the individual knocked over my colognes. I immediately reported it to the manager. She saw from the video recorder and physical examination that my clothing and shoes were dry.

She reviewed the footage of your camera which showed no entry to my room but she couldn't deny the water on the floor and I took a picture of a foot print which bear's witness to my allegations. However, you've just lost a good paying customer. I just spent almost $2600.00 at the motel 6 at Fort Mill SC. The person who I know ( John ) entered my room also on the day I switched rooms knocked on my door and asked for some money citing he doesn't normally do that.

I gave him ( as a Christian gave him $20.00. and told him he didn't have to pay it back. People, ( residents and staff) told me to be weary of him. Next time I'll listen.

When I leave here I will never stay at motel 6 or studio 6 again. Stay blessed, Mr Jackson.

Property Manager stealing money

I stayed one night only. I originally planned to stay 3 weeks.

However, when I arrived and saw the run down motel, with other guests being extremely loud, and then it was crawling with cockroaches I immediately let the property manager know that I was checking out the next morning! He told me that I would have to get my money refunded through the online booking service. However, Booking.com said the manager at this Studio 6 was the one that charged my card~ and he did this after I told him I would only stay 1 night. Booking.com and myself have both tried to contact him, and he will not respond to either one of us!

He is trying to steal $1,048 from my credit card. I finally had to open a dispute with American Express. I want to report this manger to the corporate office. He is dishonest, giving Studio 6 a bad reputation and he needs to be fired!

as a Motel Manager (different brand) it is always difficult when you book through third parties such as booking.com as these are commission based reservations. For example, if you pay $100 per night to the Motel, the Motel has to pay $10-$20 back to booking.com per night.

If the reservation can be modified so the Motel isn't paying Commissions on unused nights, then the commission would also be cancelled. Obviously the Motel doesn't want to refund something they need to pay commission on and be out of pocket. However, it is up the property manager to figure this out, and be aware of the policies of the travel sites they deal with and advise the guests accordingly. A charge back is the way to go to make sure you dispute the transaction and ultimately the credit card company will refund you and take the money back from the Motel.

I would recommend always booking direct with the Motel / Hotel so that you don't run into these kinds of issues. We often have guests that want to change / cancel and because they booked third party, we cannot and have to refer them back to whom they booked with. Depending on the travel agent policies, really depends if we can assist the guest. Guests who book direct don't have this issue.

In the case of the Manager being unresponsive, I'd suggest to contact their corporate office and make a report. Some are independently owned but can be 'fined' (fees added on to their franchise bill) by the franchise for unresolved issues.

Had full small bed for two people and said was told at first it was a queen when complained the prize was to be increased and no availabilty had to reprogram key evry time it was used More than twice which upset desk clerk and was scooled for have to reset keys stayed for 2 weeks and daughter and son for 1 will not be making that mistake again.

Needed a room for 7 nights. First night the room had a funny smell even though it was a non smoking unit. They couldnt change my rooms due to occupancy. Second night I find a rich crawling around the bed. Nope I kindly requested a full refund. Also suddenly there was another room available too late for me. I got a partial refund but still charged for the two days. I have to wait for a refund on my credit card and I have to find a new hotel. Im a little upset Angry

I would like to be refunded for the day that I paid for. I have email confirmation as well as receipts from the office for payment yet the manager showed up a day early forcing us out as well as having a trespass warrant placed against me for insisting on recognizing the receipts I possessed proving my true checkout date. She wouldnt hear it or honor it saying she didnt care about the receipts and it wasnt in her system so due to her negligence at properly handling the booking I was charged for a day and denied the right to stay because I possessed proof and didnt go immediately I was put out and ctd from the premises.
